Navigating Equipment Decisions for the Future of Our Company

In our latest episode, the discussion centered around a major equipment purchase decision that my wife Brittany and I have been wrestling with - the addition of a Contop LN 150 and potential machine control integration. I don't want to make an emotional, "shiny object" purchase that could stretch our resources too thin, particularly as we look to grow our team in the coming year. Brittany, on the other hand, has really embraced the long-term vision and sees this technology as a key enabler to positioning our company as a premier design-build firm. She argued passionately that making this investment now, even if it's a stretch, will pay dividends down the road as we attract top talent and deliver an unparalleled level of service to our clients.
