Equip 2024 Expo Recap: Connecting with the Company Cam Team and Industry Peers

This annual Equip Convention is always a highlight for me, as it allows me to connect with industry peers, discover the latest innovations, and gain valuable insights to share with my listeners. One of the most meaningful interactions I had was with the team from Company Cam, a sponsor of my podcast. I've been a big advocate for their photo documentation app, as it has been an integral part of my own contracting business. At the show, I had the chance to chat with Lucas, who is on the onboarding team at Company Cam. Lucas shared some exciting new features that the app has recently rolled out, including an archive function to easily access older job photos, as well as AI-powered tools to generate daily summaries, progress reports, and walkthrough notes. Talking with these passionate green industry leaders reminded me of the incredible community we're a part of. As I reflect on my time at the expo, I'm grateful for the opportunity to strengthen relationships, discover new tools, and gain fresh perspectives to bring back to my own business.
